It has been quite awhile since I updated the blog as I had been busy attending a course to upgrade myself. Life as an AED is never smooth sailing. I got complained about not working together with some teachers again. It seems that my style of being "soft" with the kids is a no-no in the school books. We must be tough on them. Tough love just cannot work with some NA/NT or even Express stream kids.
My former form class, now 2E1, loves my relaxed style but . . . . Oh well, will have to revert to the old method of scolding and scolding again. Will follow what works and NOT what I feel I should b doing . . .
